Thank you so much Thierry, we got the bean bag today as promised, free delivery, amazing. The girls went straight onto it and slept happily all day. It is every bit and more as good as you and the photos on the website show. This bag is extremely well made and the beans are very secure, better than very bag I have seen. I love the Alta Bean Bags and the Chocolate Brown is perfect. We are very pleased and will recommend Alta to everyone.

Alta Bean Bags donated two bean bags for our silent auction at Auckland Down Syndrome Association's Buddy Walk. I liked them, bid on them, but lost out in the "bidding war". It was my daughter's birthday on the 2nd of April and we wanted to give her a bean bag. Thierry was very helpful and sent one off straight away and gave us the tracking number. However, because we live rurally it would like 1 to 3 days before the bean bag would arrive, too late for her birthday. Alta Bean Bags delivered one to my husband's work in town so Renee could have her bean bag for her birthday. I was most impressed with the service and my daughter really liked her present.
